Testimonial

My first impression of Rachel was when she joined our organization to reengineer the system for grants monitoring. It was a change that was very necessary but that was met by resistance by team members who had been running an old system for years. I was immediately struck by Rachel’s positive energy that commanded the meetings she ran and how she teased out the diverse expertise and institutional knowledge of team members.
Staff were empowered to voice concerns while Rachel kept the group focused on developing a cohesive action plan. The end result was an elegant monitoring system that had buy-in from the team members who were required to deploy it.
