Lea Brukardt is a Project Coordinator who supports execution across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, translating strategy into clear plans, coordinated action, and measurable results. With over 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT, systems analysis, and application support, she brings deep expertise in implementation, workflow design, and process improvement, applying the same discipline used to deliver reliable healthcare systems to strengthen education organizations.

In addition to her consulting work, Lea is currently a Special Education teacher, giving her direct, day-to-day insight into instructional practice, student needs, and school-based systems. Known for her ability to simplify complexity and drive follow-through, she coordinates timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration to help teams build the structures and routines needed to sustain change and advance Achieving the Promise’s mission with clarity and impact.
