Catherine Cullen began her career as a classroom teacher and now partners with education leaders to transform data into practical tools that directly support teaching and learning. She has led strategic planning and implementation efforts at both the local education agency (LEA) and state education agency (SEA) levels through her work with the U.S. Education Delivery Institute, and she brings the additional perspective of a small business owner. Catherine holds a graduate certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from The George Washington University and is a graduate of Duke University
